Every dish at Kshatriya begins with the same idea that gives the restaurant its name: a Kshatriya serves with strength, discipline, and honour. That spirit shapes our kitchen — traditional Andhra recipes cooked with unhurried technique, fiery pickles and podis made in-house, and rice-and-curry combinations that taste like they came from a grandmother's kitchen in Guntur or Vizag, not a hotel line.
Alongside our Andhra core, our multicuisine menu is built for Hyderabad's own diversity — a city where a business lunch, a family celebration, and a late-night biryani craving can all land at the same table. Kshatriya Foods is designed to hold all three.
